My practice develops in the corporate and commercial area, where I provide advice to clients regarding development, review and negotiation of contracts within their commercial activities.

I also develop and suggest strategies for commercial operations and advice regarding necessary documentation in order to establish companies in Ecuador and other countries.

I worked for three years in Falconí Puig Abogados, in the Intellectual Property area, both in Author Law and Industrial Property. My expertise includes consultancy of all sort of paperwork and procedures within Trademark Law.

While in College, I collaborated in the Mediation area of the Legal Consultancy of Universidad Católica Of Ecuador.

I was member of the International Association of Students (AIESEC).
