Head manager of the Aeronautic Law Department at PAZ HOROWITZ accountable of the processes before the Aeronautical Authorities of Ecuador, especially obtaining and renewal of all types of operating permits, coordination and participation in certification processes for all types of aeronautical activities and other activities related to the DAC (Ecuador’s Civil Aviation Authority) and the National Civil Aviation Council.

Experience in reviewing contracts for mining operation, mining association contracts, and contracts for transfer of mining rights, purchase option contracts, answering inquiries concerning the application of Ecuadorian law, prosecutions for allegations of illegal exploitation.
