Our immigration group also handles naturalization matters for foreigners who wish to become Ecuadorian citizens. We likewise provide naturalization services to Ecuadorians who have lost their Ecuadorian citizenship for whatever reason and to those that did not register their citizenship on time.

Visas

Our immigration lawyers are aware of the advantages and drawbacks of each type of visa in order to help our clients timely obtain the most appropriate visa for each individual. We also provide ongoing registration, renewal and adjustment of status services.

The firm’s immigration specialists work closely with our corporate and labor law groups to coordinate corporate start-up activities and employment policies in order to ensure that our clients are in compliance with Ecuador’s immigration, tax and labor laws. We also work closely with our real estate group to coordinate our clients’ foreign investments in Ecuadorian real estate.

When necessary, we have even accompanied our visa clients to consulates outside of Ecuador to assure that their visa processing was quick and successful.
In the past year we have successfully helped obtain approximately 300 visas for our clients.
