Business organization and corporate compliance

Our attorneys guide domestic and international clients through the business establishment process, starting with selecting the most appropriate business organization form depending on their needs. Once the business form is selected, we take into account tax and operational considerations, and we draft the required corporate governance documents (articles of incorporation, bylaws, partnership agreements) pursuant to Ecuadorian law.

After formation, or for companies already doing business in Ecuador, our corporate lawyers offer ongoing assistance to structure regulatory compliance programs and draft corporate documents (minutes of shareholders’ meetings, board resolutions, annual reports, appointment instruments, and amendments).
